ReSource Maintenance and Flooring, Inc is a locally owned company in business for over 15 years, providing carpet and hard surface maintenance as well as
full service supply and install of all types of
commercial flooring in some of Portland’s most prominent facilities both public and private. We offer complete demo and floor product removal services to speed your project up to 20 times faster compared to that of manual soft or hard surface removal, saving you both time and money. After your floor covering is removed , we can finish the job with a mastic removal and new surface install or, as part of our Concrete services, we can grind, polish and color your surface to give your facility an easy to maintain fresh
new look.
All of our Maintenance and Flooring installation technicians are employees, not sub-contractors. True craftsmen are selected
based on years of experience and continuous education. Trained and certified, Resource Maintenance and Flooring’s technicians stay abreast of product construction issues; site conditions and floor preparation; adhesive technology; and the art of side-by-side pattern matching.
